We provide practical, personal nutrition advice for people tired of food restrictions and who want to find a more enjoyable approach to eating. Our work is based on weight-inclusive principles and a non-diet approach to health and wellbeing.
Who it’s for
If you are curious that there is more to life than calorie and macro counting, or perhaps you’re fired up and ready to be free of restrictive behaviours and food rules.
Most important of all, this is a no-diet zone!
We are weight neutral: your weight says nothing about your health, we care about your relationship with food and trust you can be free from externally imposed rules and restrictions.

Believe you deserve food freedom
How it works
Using evidence based practice, we draw on our clinical expertise with current research and evidence and combine with your lived experience and values.
Start with a free 15 minute exploratory phone call and from there choose a one-off or package of sessions.
The process is first to ask about you. Then we can help you assess your food and health values. We then discuss ways to apply eating principles that align with your values and objectives. We then appraise and adjust based on your feedback.
